Ms. Jisha, 19-year-old diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (a type of blood cancer) is undergoing treatment at Adyar Cancer Institute, Chennai. She lost her mother when she was 2 years old. She is being brought up by her aunt. The family being from a lower socio-economic background is struggling to meet the medical expenses.
The treatment estimate is 8 lakhs INR. They have collected around 50k so far.

Miss. Mowshika, 14 yrs old girl, has been diagnosed with Acute Myeloblastic leukemia (a type of blood cancer). She is undergoing treatment at PSG hospital, Coimbatore. She requires further treatment with chemotherapy and Bone Marrow Transplantation. The approximate requirement is around Rs. 20 Lakhs. Her father works as a driver in TNSTC and her mother is a, homemaker. The family being from a lower socio-economic background, is struggling to meet the medical expenses.

Mrs. Kalpana has been a very active volunteer of DoctorNet India for 6 years. She is 37 years old and from a lower socio economic background. She has one son, five months old. She is under treatment for type-1 diabetes since childhood, which later cause kidney malfunction. She underwent kidney transplant 9 years ago.
She has been a very empathetic volunteer guiding several kidney patients in DoctorNet. Being the first active volunteer of DoctorNet, she embodies the values of empathy, love and integrity.
By the end of July 2024, she was diagnosed with Burkitt Lymphoma, a rare type of blood cancer. The biopsy report result received on 2nd Aug confirms the seriousness.
The expenses and severity are high due to additional complications related to kidney and diabetes problems.

7th Aug: Admitted in PSG Hospitals, Coimbatore.
8th Aug: Mild improvement as a response to chemotherapy.
9th Aug: White Blood Cell count is low. On medication to improve. Chemo to be resumed after that.

1st Sep: First cycle of chemo successfully completed
4th Sep: Discharged from hospital after first round of chemo. Will be admitted again after few days for the next phase of treatment.
17th Sep: Continuing the chemotherapy as out patient.
20th Oct: Continuing the chemotherapy cycles. Showing good improvement.
10th Nov: Continuing the chemotherapy cycles. Showing good improvement.
28th Dec: Treatment continues with good progress.
2nd Jan: 6th Chemotherapy admission done and in progress
10th Jan: Admitted in ICU to stabilize WBC and BP.
12th Jan: Back to general ward and getting stabilized. Looking for funding support.
12th Feb: Back home from the final chemotherapy. Recovering at home

A three year old daughter of electrician and home maker from socio-economically backward background near Dharapuram is suffering from a serious heart disease which needs immediate treatment. Dr Vijay Kumar at GKNM Hospital will be operating on Dec 7th 2022. We are looking to raise 1.7 lakhs.
